Based on the relevant data of product life cycle, the evaluation and optimization of the process planning, product data, manufacturing simulation and production line layout of the welding workshop were realized in the virtual environment. Meanwhile, the logistics simulation was applied to analyze and optimize the logistics of the line body. Advanced virtual debugging technology is applied to combine simulation and control technology to compress and advance the manufacturing process in the virtual environment. After evaluation and inspection, the mechanical design is verified and optimized before the equipment is materialized.
